 Our experienced and caring staff can assist you with a range of daily life tasks such as:

  • Personal care activities such as showering, getting dressed  , moving around the house and much more
  • Assistance with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, dish washing, preparing meals and more 
  • Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement 

We can provide services on a short term basis, if you need a small amount of assistance while you’re recovering from an illness or surgery, or we can visit you at a regular time each day, week or month. Our services are flexible and can be changed at any time.

 If you are an NDIS participant and have been approved for the support category 'Core Supports’, you are able to access 'social and community participation' activities using your NDIS plan. 

  Together we’ll find activities that you can join and help you get the most of it.  Your friendly support worker will be with you every step of the way, helping you participate, and strengthening your ability to participate independently.

 If you need specialist nursing care relating to your disability, our registered nurses will come to your home to provide training to you, your carer, or our care staff to ensure that you have the skills and support you need to live independently at home.

We also provide assistance with managing continence concerns through assessment and recommendation from one of our skilled registered nurses.

Our Nurses can assist you with:

  • Diabetes management e.g. Insulin and BGL
  • Wound care 
  • Medications
  • Catheters and more

How My Support Worker Can Assist Me?

To Access Community :

Things your support worker can take you to: 

  • Going for walks, this can be near home or even somewhere in the city
  •  Shopping (groceries, leisure)  
  • Attending sporting events  
  • Going to the movies, seeing a show or theatre 
  • Going to the museum or art gallery 
  • Attending local group activities (Bingo nights, lawn bowls)  
  • Going out to eat, or simply getting a coffee  
  • Have a picnic  
  • Going on a holiday   
  • Accompanying you to family or friends gathering 


With Daily Life Tasks :

Our experienced and professional staff can assist you in your own home or in a shared living arrangement. Our in home assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

  We can support with:

  • Getting ready for school, university or work – breakfast, showers, preparing lunches,  transportation, support with medication and other aspects of the morning routine
  • Getting ready for bed –  dinner, preparing for the next day, administering medication, showers and other aspects of the evening routine
  • Personal care – dressing, hygiene, brushing teeth, bathroom assistance, complex health support needs such as changing continence pads
  • Mealtime assistance – preparing meals, supporting with mealtimes
  • Light domestic duties – household tasks such as the dishes, cleaning, washing and ironing
  • Overnight in home support – monitoring and assistance.
  • Supported independent living arrangements – we can provide 24/7 support to individuals living in shared  accommodation
