Led by experienced nurses and allied health professionals, the Liberty Health Services team brings together clinical expertise, lived experience and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
We operate across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay and Adelaide, with a growing team of registered nurses, support workers and coordinators who are carefully selected, fully trained and matched to your unique needs and preferences.
