We operate across Brisbane, Ipsiwch, Logan, Moreton Bay and Gold Coast with a growing team of registered nurses, support workers and coordinators who are carefully selected, fully trained and matched to your unique needs and preferences.

Lani Robertson
Director (Registered Nurse)
Lani is the heart behind Liberty Health Services — a compassionate leader who built this organisation from the ground up with a simple belief: that everyone deserves quality care delivered with kindness.
Before co-founding Liberty, Lani spent eight years as a Registered Nurse at Princess Alexandra Hospital, where she developed a deep understanding of what genuine, patient-centred care looks like in practice. That experience shapes everything she does today.
Warm, dedicated, and endlessly driven by purpose, Lani leads Liberty Health Services with the same care and compassion she brings to every person she meets.
Shona Cunningham
Service Manager
Shona is a driven, hands-on operations leader with a genuine passion for the disability and community care sector.
With years of experience managing SIL houses, large support worker teams, NDIS compliance, rostering, and everything in between, Shona brings a rare combination of big-picture thinking and on-the-ground know-how. She holds herself to high standards and brings that same commitment to the teams and clients she supports every day.
Nicole Flocco
Care Coordinator
Nicole combines clinical expertise with a genuine heart for people — making her a natural fit for coordinating care that truly makes a difference.
With a background as an Enrolled Nurse and experience across hospital, medical practice, and community pharmacy settings, Nicole understands the healthcare journey from every angle. She’s known for staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and making sure every client feels supported and understood.
Binti Pathak
Care Team Leader
With five years of experience in disability care, Binti has worked her way up through SIL homes, building real relationships with participants and earning the trust of the teams around her. As a Team Leader within Supported Independent Living, she developed a strong foundation in day-to-day house operations, participant support, and staff guidance.
Now supervising support staff across SIL homes at Liberty Health Services, Binti brings lived experience, quiet leadership, and a genuine passion for helping people live the life they choose.
Leanne Mckee
Liaison Officer
With a warm, people-first approach and a strong background in community care, HR, and client services, Leanne is dedicated to connecting clients with the right support and making the process as smooth as possible. She brings years of experience across the care and community services sector, along with certifications in Aged Care and Home & Community Care.

Admin Support
Jodie brings warmth, determination, and a resilience that inspires everyone around her — and we’re incredibly proud to have her as part of the Liberty Health Services family.
With a background in retail, Jodie has always been a people person — someone who knows how to connect, communicate, and get things done. After experiencing a stroke, Jodie faced her recovery with the same grit and positivity she brings to everything, and her return to work is a testament to her incredible strength of character.
